A Night Out at The Goose:

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of experiencing a fun girls’ night out at The Goose, a swanky cocktail bar nestled within Crust Simply Italian. From the moment we stepped inside, we were transported to a world of sleek Art Deco elegance, complete with exquisite glassware and gold silverware that added a touch of glamour to our evening.

The Goose’s cocktail menu is a delightful blend of creativity and classic sophistication. It features timeless favorites like the Old Fashioned, an Espresso Martini, and a perfectly balanced Paloma. The real magic, however, lies in their unique craft cocktails. The “Take a Gander” dazzles with Japanese whiskey, plum sake, pomegranate tea syrup, dry vermouth and clarified milk punch. Meanwhile, the “Talk to Me, Goose” wows with Milagro Blanco, Firme Mezcal, Cocchi Americano, Agave Nectar, and Orange Bitters. And for the whiskey lovers, the bar offers tantalizing whiskey flights.

The food menu at The Goose is designed to perfectly complement their impressive cocktails. It features an array of sharables, such as Charcuterie and Fried Calamari, ideal for munching with friends. Additionally, the menu includes Crust pizza, providing a hearty and satisfying option to round out the culinary experience.

The Goose isn’t just a spot for a casual night out; it’s also the perfect venue for an elegant private party. The intimate lounge can be rented out, offering a chic and exclusive setting for any special occasion. It accommodates up to 42 people in the lounge.

“As a sister concept to The Ostrich and Blue Heron, you will see many similarities, however The Goose will stand on its own with many differences like the original decor, elevated wine list, separate food menu and of
course some newly creative cocktails,” said Michael Merendino owner of Crust Restaurant Group. “We will also be offering Goose Bumps which will be an insanely fun way to enjoy caviar and vodka! Come down and say hello.”

What truly set our night apart was the friendly and attentive staff, who created a warm and welcoming environment. Their exceptional service ensured that our girls’ night out was nothing short of fantastic.
