The spa features a co-ed fitness center with unique classes like Aerial Yoga and Floating Sound Bowl Meditation. Other co-ed areas include an outdoor grotto spa which provides a relaxing waterfall massage for your shoulders, and the adult-only rooftop pool complete with food/beverage service. Don’t miss the peaceful garden with beautiful views of the grotto and waterfall stairs leading up to the pool. I wish there were a few lounge chairs in this serene area to enjoy it longer.
The separate men’s/women’s lounge areas are equipped with a whirlpool, Swiss shower, cold plunge, Eucalyptus inhalation room, and dry sauna, along with all the essentials for showering and primping for dinner. I like to book afternoon appointments but arrive in the morning to fully enjoy the spa experience before your treatments.
