Viewing food as an artform, Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team at Course take you on a food exploration through an explosion of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. Our focus on “multi-course” is to curate an experience for you and not just a meal. A 10-course, prix fixe, tasting menu will be offered Thursday thru Saturday and a 5-Course, prix fixe, tasting menu on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Nicholas Padua leads our beverage program which will offer a wine pairing, sophisticated drinks incorporating foods we use in the kitchen, as well as an extensive wine bottle list. This is our pursuit of refinement, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
