Topgolf’s Summer Academy is a five-day, half-day golf clinic for kids ages 6-12. The program includes all of the components that make up the great game of golf, from chipping, putting, and full swing to the rules and etiquette. Kids will learn everything they need to know to improve their game in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with a low student-to-instructor ratio.
Each day of the academy begins with a warm-up and stretching routine, followed by instruction on a variety of golf skills. Kids will learn how to grip the club, stance, alignment, backswing, downswing, and follow-through. They will also practice chipping, putting, and driving. In addition to instruction, kids will have plenty of opportunities to play golf and have fun. They will compete in games and challenges, and they will even get to wear Topgolf uniforms.
