Phoenix Country Day School offers a variety of summer programs for students in grades K-8. The programs are designed to provide enrichment, exploration, and fun for students of all interests.

Art Explorations
Students in this program will explore a variety of art forms, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and ceramics. They will have the opportunity to experiment with different materials and techniques, and to create their own unique works of art.
Coding for Kids
In this program, students will learn the basics of coding. They will learn how to create their own games, animations, and websites. Coding is a valuable skill that can be used in many different fields, and this program is a great way for students to learn the basics.
Dino Diggers
Students in this program will learn about dinosaurs through hands-on activities. They will dig for fossils, create dinosaur models, and learn about the different types of dinosaurs that lived millions of years ago.
Genius Hour
In this program, students will have the opportunity to explore their own interests in depth. They will work on a project of their choice, and they will have the support of their teachers and peers. Genius Hour is a great way for students to learn about something they are passionate about, and to develop their research and problem-solving skills.
Mock Trial
In this program, students will learn about the American legal system by participating in a mock trial. They will take on the roles of lawyers, witnesses, and jurors, and they will experience the excitement of a real trial. Mock Trial is a great way for students to develop their public speaking and critical thinking skills.
Physics is Fun!
In this program, students will learn about the principles of physics through fun and engaging activities. They will learn about forces, motion, energy, and other topics. Physics is Fun! is a great way for students to develop their understanding of the world around them.
Stock Tick or Tock
In this program, students will learn about the stock market. They will learn how to buy and sell stocks, and they will track the performance of different companies. Stock Tick or Tock is a great way for students to learn about the economy and to develop their financial literacy skills.
Lessons from the Screenplay
In this program, students will learn about the art of screenwriting. They will learn how to write a compelling story, and they will have the opportunity to write their own screenplay. Lessons from the Screenplay is a great way for students to develop their writing skills and to learn about the film industry.
