Arizona Science And Engineering Fair

The Arizona Science and Engineering Fair (AzSEF) serves as the premier state science fair for Arizona. Organized and managed by the Arizona Science Center, AzSEF gathers the first-place winners from various science fairs held at the school, homeschool, district, county, and regional levels throughout Arizona. These students convene to compete for numerous prizes and scholarships, providing a platform for showcasing their scientific achievements.
One of the most prestigious honors at AzSEF is the recognition of Grand Award winners in the Senior Division. These winners, selected at the state-level fair, have the opportunity to advance to the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (RISEF), representing Arizona on a global stage. AzSEF plays a crucial role in fostering the growth of young scientists, encouraging their passion for research, and providing them with a chance to compete at the highest levels of science and engineering competitions.
