Desert Foothills Theater (DFT) welcomes all members of the community as we challenge, inspire, educate, and entertain through theater arts. Desert Foothills Theater is an award-winning theater that has been presenting work in the north valley since 1975.  Desert Foothills Theater serves the greater Scottsdale communities by providing a wide variety of programs for all ages. DFT produces upwards of six productions annually and a robust calendar of educational programs, including after-school classes for children ages 4-18, specialty youth performances, summer camps, a new homeschool initiative, and a senior improv class.

Desert Foothills Theater’s Camp Take-A-Bow is the coolest place to be this summer! Kids ages 4-17 can join us throughout June and July for our weekly theater camps. Each week is centered around a new theme. Throughout the day, campers will rotate through music, acting, and dance classes. Additional camp activities include arts and crafts, a talent show, acting games, a dance party, and more! All campers will be featured in a special spotlight performance for parents at the end of the week.
