Gainey Village Health Club & Spa

Are you looking for a place to relax, refresh, and renew? What about a home away from home to enjoy a day-long getaway without the kids? (or more, I won’t judge) If so, look no further than Gainey Village Health Club & Spa, located in North Scottsdale off East Doubletree Ranch Road.

No matter what spa day or exercise class you need, Gainey Village has it all. They offer 200+ group fitness and yoga classes each week, as well as 1-on-1 sessions with certified personal trainers and spa and salon treatments when you need a beautification refresh.

Rather than being just a health club, Gainey Village is focused on being a part of people’s daily lives. You can dine at the cafe for lunch or dinner, spruce up your look at the salon, or reclaim your zen during meditation at yoga.

Their state-of-the-art equipment is well maintained, and the unique atmosphere satisfies the need for a modern-day country club while emphasizing the importance of valuable social interactions.

All of the classes offered at the health club are taught by professionals who will guide you throughout the course, help you strengthen and tone, and, most importantly, motivate you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle.

There are various classes like indoor boot camp, high-intensity cycling, pilates, yoga, barre, and water fitness. Classes are offered at different intensity levels and can be planned to fit your lifestyle.

On top of offering invigorating fitness classes, Gainey Village hosts a ton of social events. They throw member parties a few times a year, plan exotic trips, schedule monthly hikes and cooking classes, and host smaller-scale events like women’s networking with wine and facials.

The on-site spa and salon will have you looking and feeling your best. Indulge in nail services, facials, cosmetic treatments for skin, massage therapy, waxing, body care with wraps, scrubs, and masks, and haircuts and styles from trained and educated stylists.

Gainey Village’s spa is open to the public for timed slots, but the perk of being a member is creating relationships with the staff, who offer tailor-made treatments based on your needs.

Gainey is not just a place for adults but for families and kids, too! There are kid-friendly events, activities, and programs, plus a childcare facility. You can relax in the spa with your hot stone massage or take an exercise class worry-free while your child is having a blast at the Village Kid’s Club.

Childcare is offered for two different age groups. The nursery is for infants and two-month-olds to potty-trained children, and the kid’s club is for three to twelve-year-olds. Children can stay in the Kid’s Club for a maximum of two hours and are watched by professional caretakers who encourage a safe and fun learning environment.

There are many family-friendly workout areas, and older teens can participate in youth classes, sports leagues, and coaching opportunities.

Gainey Village offers kids swim lessons, a swim team, and tennis, basketball, and fencing programs.

Village Health Club & Spa is a local, Arizona-based company that originated in Phoenix and expanded to fit the needs of more people. Today, there are four locations throughout The Valley, and each club is approximately 82,000 square feet. All the locations are full of artwork, and the amenities and architecture were designed to fit the specific market and demographics of the area.

If you’re interested in a membership, check with a sales team member and ask about the Village Club Membership. This membership grants you access to all four locations and tons of perks. It is ideal for someone whose social, work, and/or athletic life spans across The Valley.

If you’re looking for something that’s more than a place to workout, this is it. The overall experience of Gainey Village is an ideal place to build a community of friends and family who encourage you to be the best you can be.
